New gum gel aims to speed healing after deep dental cleaning

Summary
This study tests a special gel placed on gums after deep cleaning for stage 3 gum disease. It aims to see if the gel helps gums heal better and reduces bleeding compared to no treatment. About 72 adults aged 30-75 will take part. The gel is meant to ease symptoms and improve healing, not cure the disease.
