Summary
This study is testing whether adding a small gum tissue graft to a standard professional cleaning helps control inflammation around dental implants better than cleaning alone. Researchers will compare results in 48 people with inflamed gums around their implants. They will measure gum health and inflammation levels over seven months to see if the extra graft step provides a lasting benefit.
