Summary
This study is testing if adding a small gum tissue graft to standard professional cleaning helps people with inflammation around their dental implants. Researchers will compare results in 48 participants who either get the graft plus cleaning or cleaning alone. They will measure gum health and inflammation levels over seven months to see which approach works better.
