Summary
This study looked at whether combining a PET scan with a special ultrasound-guided needle biopsy can accurately diagnose cancer in lymph nodes in the chest. 75 adults with suspicious lymph nodes on PET scans were enrolled. The goal was to see if this less invasive method could replace more risky procedures and help doctors make better treatment decisions.
