Summary

This study tests a system where doctors get easy-to-read reports from patients' wearable fitness trackers. The goal is to help doctors counsel patients with high blood pressure to increase their physical activity. About 330 patients and their doctors will take part. The study will see if this approach leads to more active minutes and better blood pressure control.
