Summary
This study aims to help primary care doctors use data from wearable fitness trackers to counsel patients with high blood pressure. Researchers will create easy-to-read activity reports and guides for doctors. The study will involve 330 patients and their doctors at UC San Diego Health to see if this approach increases physical activity and improves blood pressure control.
