Summary

This study tests whether guarana, a natural plant extract, can improve fatigue in people with neuroendocrine tumors or gynecologic cancers. About 86 participants will receive either guarana or a placebo for up to 42 days. Researchers will measure changes in fatigue and quality of life using questionnaires.
