Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called GT101 for adults with solid tumors that have spread or come back. The therapy uses immune cells taken from the patient's own tumor, multiplied in a lab, and then given back along with chemotherapy and immune-boosting drugs. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
