New scan could reveal hidden cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new radioactive tracer called FAP-2286 to see how well it can find cancer that has spread in adults with solid tumors. About 191 participants will get an injection of the tracer and then have a PET scan. The goal is to measure safety and how accurately the tracer detects tumors compared to standard scans.
