First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests an investigational drug (GSK5764227) that targets a protein called B7-H3 found on some brain tumor cells. It will enroll 15 people with recurrent grade 4 glioma or brain metastases from other cancers. The study first measures how much drug reaches the tumor during surgery, then offers further treatment to those who show a good response.
