Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called GSK5733584 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 675 people will take part, and researchers will also measure how the drug moves through the body and whether it shrinks tumors.
