Summary
This study tests a gene therapy called GS010, injected into both eyes, for people with Leber Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON) caused by a specific gene mutation. The goal is to see if it can improve vision and eye health over 1.5 years. About 14 participants aged 15 and older with vision loss in both eyes will receive one of two dose levels.
