Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called GS-9716 (zamzetoclax) in about 145 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The drug is given alone or with other cancer therapies to find the safest dose and check for side effects. The goal is to see if it can help control the disease, not to cure it.
