Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called GS-9716 in about 145 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects when given alone or with other cancer drugs. Participants receive the drug and are closely monitored for safety and any tumor shrinkage.
