Summary
This study is testing whether daily growth hormone replacement therapy can improve quality of life for veterans who have both mild traumatic brain injury and adult growth hormone deficiency. The research will compare the hormone treatment against a placebo in 172 veterans over six months. The main goal is to see if the therapy helps veterans feel better in their daily lives, with secondary measures looking at body composition and heart health factors.
