Summary

This study tested a group writing therapy for Chinese teenagers with PTSD. 53 teens took part, with some getting the therapy and others on a waiting list. The goal was to see if writing about their trauma in a group setting could ease PTSD symptoms. Results suggest it may help, but more research is needed.
