Summary

This study tests three group psychological treatments—Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, and Mindfulness Meditation—delivered over video for chronic musculoskeletal pain in older U.S. military veterans (ages 60-95). Researchers aim to see which therapy works best and for whom, offering a safer alternative to pain medications or procedures. The trial is currently recruiting 216 participants.
