First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether a short, group-based therapy focused on understanding thoughts and feelings can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. One hundred adults from community mental health services will be randomly assigned to either this new therapy or a standard group therapy. Their symptoms will be measured at the start and after 3 months to see which approach works better.
