Summary

This study will test whether psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in a group setting is acceptable and feasible for people with major depression. Thirty adults aged 21-60 with current depressive symptoms will participate. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce depression and improve daily functioning.
