Summary

This study will give 4,450 low-income adults with diabetes or hypertension a monthly food card benefit of either $80 or $120. Researchers want to see if the extra grocery support helps reduce food insecurity and improves key health measures like blood sugar and blood pressure. Participants will be followed for changes in their condition and overall well-being.
