Can a box of groceries lower your blood pressure?

NCT ID NCT06891911

Summary

This study is testing whether receiving home-delivered healthy groceries, chosen with a dietitian's help, can lower blood pressure in adults with high blood pressure. Researchers will compare this approach to giving people a grocery stipend and diet information to shop on their own. The trial is enrolling 150 adults from Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee for a 4-week program.
