Summary

This study tests a 12-week wellness program for 50 residents of a transitional housing estate in Hong Kong. Participants will do light exercise, gardening, and attend health talks to see if it improves their quality of life, happiness, and daily activities. The program is designed for people aged 10 and older who can understand Cantonese and have a smartphone.
