First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether physical activity in green outdoor spaces can reduce negative symptoms (like lack of motivation or social withdrawal) in people with schizophrenia more than indoor exercise. Researchers will compare the two settings in 45 adults aged 18 to 55. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to improve daily life for those affected.
