Nerve block may offer relief for migraine sufferers trapped in painkiller cycle

Summary
This study tests whether a greater occipital nerve block (an injection near the back of the head) can help people with migraine who overuse painkillers. About 130 participants will receive either the nerve block or a placebo. The goal is to see if the injection reduces headache days and helps people stop overusing medication.
