Nerve block shot may help migraine sufferers break free from painkiller cycle

Summary
This study tests whether a nerve block injection (lidocaine plus steroid) can help people with migraine who also have medication overuse headache. About 130 adults will receive either the active injection or a placebo (salt water). The goal is to see if the injection reduces headache days and helps them safely stop overusing painkillers.
