First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested two hands-on treatments—Graston Technique and Myofascial Release—to see which better eases pain and improves movement in people with De Quervain's tenosynovitis, a painful wrist condition. Thirty-two adults with wrist pain lasting over six weeks took part. The goal was to find a non-surgical way to reduce discomfort and help daily activities.
