Summary
This study tested whether a grass pollen tablet (SLIT) combined with the drug dupilumab could help adults with moderate to severe seasonal allergies tolerate grass pollen better. About 199 participants received the combination or a placebo for two years. The goal was to see if the treatment reduced nasal allergy symptoms one year after stopping the medication.
