Summary
This study looks at whether eating grapes every day can improve gut health, reduce inflammation, and help blood vessels work better in overweight adults aged 45 to 70. Participants will drink grape powder or a placebo twice daily for three weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, blood pressure, and other health markers.
