Summary
This study tested two medicines, granisetron and pethidine, to see which works better for stopping shivering after spinal anesthesia during C-sections. 330 women who had shivering after their C-section took part. The main goal was to see how well each drug stopped the shivering and to check for side effects like pain or nausea.
