First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a short training program for grandmothers could help them feel more confident and less anxious about caring for their grandchildren. 48 grandmothers took part, with half receiving the training and the other half not. The researchers measured their confidence and anxiety levels before and after the program. The goal was to see if this kind of education could support grandmothers in their important role in newborn care.
