First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looked at whether giving grandmothers a 6-hour class on baby care would increase their confidence and lower their anxiety. 48 grandmothers were split into two groups: one got the class, the other didn't. Researchers measured their self-confidence and anxiety levels before and after. The goal was to see if this kind of education helps grandmothers feel more prepared and less worried when caring for their grandchildren.
