Summary
This study is testing a new scoring system called the GRAMPA score, which is designed to measure how well hospitalized elderly patients can perform basic movements like getting out of bed and sitting up. Researchers want to see if different healthcare professionals get the same result when using the score on the same patient. The goal is to create a better tool for doctors and nurses to communicate about a patient's mobility needs.
