NCT ID NCT07424742
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests a less invasive way to place dental implants in the upper jaw when there isn't enough bone. Instead of adding bone graft material, the surgeon gently lifts the sinus membrane using a special self-tapping implant. The trial will check how well new bone forms, how stable the implant stays, and how safe the procedure is for 20 adults aged 18-80 with 4-6 mm of remaining bone.
