Summary
This study aims to see if a small, portable ultrasound machine can be used effectively in a general practitioner's (GP) office to find early signs of heart problems. It will involve 300 participants who are either over 65 with risk factors or adults showing certain symptoms like shortness of breath or swelling. The main goal is to check if a GP's scan results match those of a heart specialist, to see if this tool could help catch issues earlier.
