New hope for tough pancreatic cancer? early trial combines GP-2250 with chemo

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called GP-2250 combined with the chemotherapy gemcitabine in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has not responded to previous treatment. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 64 adults with this type of cancer will take part.
