Summary

This study looks at how long it takes for urate crystals in the joints of people with gout to completely dissolve when uric acid levels are kept very low. Researchers will use ultrasound to track crystal disappearance in 250 adults over time. The goal is to find out what factors affect how quickly crystals dissolve and help patients reach a symptom-free state.
