Summary
This study tests whether a virtual group class (GoPREPARE) that teaches exercise, nutrition, and emotional support before cancer surgery is practical and helpful. About 24 adults awaiting surgery will be randomly assigned to the class or standard care. Researchers will track how many people join, stay, and benefit, and interview participants and staff to see if a larger trial is possible.
