Summary

This study tests whether a virtual group class called GoPREPARE is practical for people waiting for cancer surgery. The class covers exercise, nutrition, and emotional support to help reduce complications and speed recovery. 24 adults scheduled for surgery will be randomly assigned to the class or standard care. Researchers will track recruitment, participation, and feedback to see if a larger trial is possible.
