New shoulder therapy aims to get frozen joints moving again

Summary
This study compares two versions of a physical therapy technique called Gong's mobilization to help people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). About 42 adults aged 40 to 60 with stage 2 or 3 frozen shoulder will receive either the standard technique or one with an added scapular lift. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves shoulder function and daily productivity.
