First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding golidocitinib to standard PD-1 inhibitor maintenance therapy can help keep extensive-stage small cell lung cancer from progressing. About 20 adults with untreated advanced disease will receive the combination after initial chemo. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long patients live without their cancer worsening.
