Summary

This study tests a drug called golidocitinib as a maintenance treatment for people with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) whose cancer improved or disappeared after initial chemotherapy. About 136 adults who cannot or choose not to have a stem cell transplant will take either the drug or a placebo for up to 2 years. The goal is to see if the drug helps delay the cancer from returning.
