Summary

This study tests whether a cookie made from Golden Rice and red betel leaf can improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. Over 28 days, 102 participants will eat the cookies daily, and their blood fat levels will be measured before and after. The goal is to see if this simple snack can help reduce heart disease risk alongside standard diabetes care.
