New snack bar aims to tame blood sugar in diabetes patients

Summary
This study is testing a special snack bar made from red beans and tomatoes, called GlycoBite, to see if it helps people with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar. About 100 adults with diabetes will eat the bar as part of their diet. Researchers will measure changes in fasting blood sugar and HbA1c levels to see if the bar is a healthy, helpful snack.
