Summary
This study looked at whether strengthening the gluteus maximus muscle can reduce pain and improve movement in people who work desk jobs and have chronic low back pain. 40 participants did exercises or received standard care for 4 weeks. The goal was to see if glute strengthening helps more than usual treatments.
