This study uses a continuous glucose monitor (a small sensor) to track blood sugar levels in 40 adults with diabetes and end-stage kidney disease who are on dialysis. The goal is to see how glucose changes during and between dialysis sessions over two weeks, and whether those patterns relate to fluid shifts or long-term health outcomes like hospital stays.
