First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a medication called ETI (a CFTR modulator) helps control blood sugar in people with cystic fibrosis-related diabetes (CFRD). Researchers will compare 30 adults who can take ETI with those who cannot due to their genetic mutation. The goal is to understand how ETI affects the body's ability to manage sugar after meals.
