First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at how glucagon, a hormone that helps control blood sugar, changes blood flow inside the kidneys. Ten healthy men will get either glucagon, glucagon plus another drug, or a placebo, and MRI scans will measure kidney blood flow and oxygen levels. The goal is to understand how glucagon affects kidney function, not to treat any disease.
