NCT ID NCT06872060

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at how glucagon, a hormone that helps control blood sugar, changes blood flow inside the kidneys. Ten healthy men will get either glucagon, a blocker, or a placebo, and MRI scans will measure kidney blood flow. The goal is to learn more about how glucagon works on the kidneys, not to treat any disease.
