Summary
This study tests if GLP-1 weight-loss drugs (like Ozempic) can improve sperm quality and help obese men conceive naturally. About 180 men aged 20-45 will receive either lifestyle advice, semaglutide, or tirzepatide for 48 weeks. The goal is to see if these drugs boost sperm count and movement, and ultimately lead to pregnancy.
