Summary
This study tests whether GLP-1 weight-loss drugs (semaglutide and tirzepatide) can improve sperm quality and fertility in obese men. About 180 men aged 20-45 will be randomly assigned to lifestyle changes alone or one of the two drugs for 48 weeks. The goal is to see if these drugs boost sperm count and help couples conceive naturally.
